abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pertumbuhan ekonomi , kesenjangan antar daerah dan tenaga kerja terhadap kesejahteraan di  Provinsi Lampung. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder runtun waktu (time series) selama periode 2000 - 2014. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan uji asumsi klasik, hipotesis, dan Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dengan menggunakan alat analisis Eviews 8. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan di Provinsi Lampung. Sedangkan variabel kesenjangan antar daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan di Provinsi Lampung. Dari penelitian ini selain memberikan hasil estimasi juga dapat menyimpulkan beberapa langkah kongkrit yang harus dilakukan pemerintah berkaitan dengan peningkatan kesejahteraan. Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pemerintah harus lebih memperhatikan beberapa aspek terutama dalam aspek kesehatan, pendidikan, dan pendapatan masyarakat yang lebih baik. 

Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Kesenjangan Antar Daerah, Tenaga Kerja dan Kesejahteraan.

ANALYSIS OF IMPACT OF ECONOMIC GROWTH, REGIONAL INEQUALITY, AND  LABOR
TO THE PUBLIC WELFARE IN LAMPUNG PROVINCE

This research aims to find out the impact of economic growth, regional inequality, and  labor to the welfare in Lampung Province. Secondary data is used in time series during period 2000-2014. The method used the classical assumptionapproach, hypothesis, and ordinary least squares (OLS) by using Eviews 8 tools. The result show that variables of economic growth and labor has significant and positive effect to the welfare in Lampung Province. On the other hand,  regional inequality has not affect to welfare in Lampung Province. From this research besides give result also include some concrete steps that must be conducted by government relate to increase welfare. For supporting the public welfare  the goverment should pay more attention to some aspects especially on the aspect of health, education, and increasingsocial income.
