abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pegaruh UU No.25 Tahun 2007, BI rate (BIR), Nilai Tukar (KURS), Inflasi (INF), dan Produk Domestic Bruto (PDB) terhadap Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) selama periode 2000:Q1-2014:Q4. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Error Correction Model (ECM). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder selama Periode 2000:Q1-2014:Q4.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa BI rate berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan, Nilai Tukar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah PMA di Indonesia dengan tingkat keyakinan 95%, Inflasi berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan, PDB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah PMA di Indonesia dengan tingkat keyakinan 95%, dan UU No.25 Tahun 2007 berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan. Variable BI rate, Nilai Tukar, Inflasi, PDB, Dummy secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variable PMA di Indonesia dengan tingkat keyakinan  95%.

ANALYSIS FACTORS AFFECTING FOREIGN INVESTMENT (FDI) IN INDONESIA

This study aims to determine the effect of Act No.25 of 2007, BI rate (BIR), Exchange Rate (KURS), inflation (INF), and the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) during the period 2000: Q1- 2014: Q4. The method used in this study is an Error Correction Model (ECM). The data used is secondary data during the period 2000: Q1-2014: Q4.

The results showed that the BI rate influance negative effect but not significant, Exchange Rate positive and significant impact on the amount of FDI in Indonesia with a 95% confidence level, inflation negative effect but not significantly, GDP is positive and significant impact on the amount of FDI in Indonesia with a confidence level of 95 %, and Law 25 of 2007 positive effect but not significant. Variable BI Rate, Exchange Rate, Inflation, GDP, jointly Dummy variable affecting FDI in Indonesia with a confidence level of 95 %.
