Model data panel  menggunakan model Fixed Effect Model. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan aglomerasi  secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh variabel tenaga kerja sektor industri dan  insfrastruktur jalan berpengaruh positif, sedangkan upah minimum kabupaten/kota  berpengaruh negatif terhadap aglomerasi di Provinsi Jawa Barat. DETERMINAN OF AGLOMERATION INDUSTRI MANUFACTURE IN  WEST JAVA PROVINCE    This research is to determine whether there is agglomeration in West Java  province and the influence of the labor sector, the minimum wage districts / cities,  as well as the condition of road infrastructure of the agglomeration of  manufacturing industries in West Java province. This study uses secondary data  obtained directly from the central statistical agency in West Java with a number of  cross-section as many as 26 districts / cities during the period 2008-2013 and  using analytical tools Hoover Balassa index. Panel data using a model Fixed  Effect Model. The result indicates the agglomeration is significantly affected by  the variable labor and infrastructure of the industrial sector a positive effect, while  the minimum wage districts / cities negatively affects agglomerations in West  Java province.
