title: IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENDIDIKAN PROGRAM BANTUAN OPERSIONAL SEKOLAH DAERAH (BOSDA) DI SMA NEGERI 1 KASUI WAY KANAN creator: DUWI MEILINA, 1423012003 subject: HD61 Risk Management subject: LB Theory and practice of education description: ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan, struktur organisasi, mekanisme, sistem monitoring, hambatan-hambatan, dan respon/tanggapan pemangku kebijakan (stakeholder) di SMA Negeri 1 Kasui Way Kanan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dari wawancara berupa pendapat, tanggapan, informasi, konsep dan keterangan yang berbentuk uraian dalam mengungkapkan masalah, kajian dokumen dan observasi lapangan sebagai data pendukung dalam pengambilan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) struktur organisasi di kabupaten Way Kanan terdapat dua tim, yaitu tim pengarah dan tim manajemen. Tim manajemen terbagi dua, yaitu tim penanggungjawab dan tim pelaksana. SMA Negeri 1 Kasui Way Kanan adalah tim pelaksana di satuan pendidikan terdiri atas Kepala Sekolah sebagai Ketua, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Bendahara Sekolah, Sekertaris Komite, serta anggota-anggota, (2) mekanisme implementasi telah berjalan dengan baik namun memerlukan evaluasi lanjutan, (3) sistem monitoring bertujuan untuk memantau dan membina pelaksanaan program serta mempertanggungjawabkan dana bantuan, (4) hambatan-hambatan yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan program menjadi evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan program serta menjadi masukan terhadap program, (5) respon/tanggapan pemangku kebijakan (stakeholder) terdapat dua respon yaitu positif dan negatif, hal tersebut dapat dijadikan kontribusi dan motivasi demi kemajuan program. Kata kunci: implementasi, kebijakan pendidikan, program BOSDA ABSTRACT The propose of the researched to analyzed and described, organizational structure, mechanisms, monitoring systems, barriers, and response/feedback stakeholders in SMA Negeri 1 Kasui Way Kanan. This researched method using descriptive qualitative approach, the data obtained from interviews in the form of opinions, feedback, information, concepts and information in the form of a description in exposing the problems, document review and field observations as supporting data in data retrieval. The results of the reseached indicate that (1) the organizational structure of Way Kanan district, there are two teams, namely a steering committee and management team. The management team is divided into two, namely the team managers and the implementation team. SMA Negeri 1 Kasui Way Kanan is an implementation team in the education unit comprised of the Principal as Chair, Vice Principal, Treasurer School, Secretary of the Committee, as well as members, (2) the implementation mechanism has worked well but require follow-up evaluation, (3 ) the proposed of monitoring systems to monitor and foster the implementation of the program and be accountable for funding, (4) barriers that are found in the implementation of the program into the evaluation of the implementation of the program as well as an input to the program, (5) the response/feedback stakeholders there are two is positive and negative responses, it can be used as a contribution and motivation for the progress of the program.
