Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan metode terbaik untuk meramalkan
jumlah penumpang di bandara Soekarno Hatta dengan menggunakan metode
penghalusan eksponensial Holt-Winters dan Box-Jenkins serta mengetahui
perbandingan hasil peramalan dengan kedua metode tersebut.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peramalan jumlah penumpang di bandara
Soekarno Hatta menggunakan metode penghalusan eksponensial Holt-Winters
lebih layak digunakan dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode Box-Jenkins.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is to determine the best method to predict the number of
passengers at Soekarno Hatta airport by using Holt-Winters eksponential
smoothing method and Box-Jenkins method and compare the results with both
methods of forecasting.
The results showed that forecasting the number of passengers at Soekarno Hatta
airport using Holt-winters exponential smoothing method more feasible than
using Box-Jenkins method.
