Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Maret{--}Desember 2015 dengan wilayah penelitian Provinsi Lampung. Deteksi perubahan tutupan hutan lahan menggunakan citra landsat 2002, 2009, dan 2014, menghasilkan persentase tutupan lahan. Dampak perubahan tutupan lahan terhadap insidensi Pneumonia balita dihitung dengan model regresi linier berganda. Dibuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara perubahan tutupan lahan dengan insidensi Pneumonia balita. Variabel kelas lahan yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap insidensi Pneumonia adalah hutan rakyat dengan p-value = 0,047, lahan terbangun dengan p-value = 0,004, lahan terbuka dengan p-value = 0,054, sedangkan variabel kepadatan penduduk memiliki p-value = 0,000. Adapun kelas tutupan lahan yang tidak berpengaruh nyata adalah hutan negara. Ecological disturbances increase the incidence of Pneumonia toddlers. The purpose of this study was to determine changes in land cover and land contribution classes on the incidence of Pneumonia toddlers. This study was conducted from March to December 2015 on the research area of Lampung Province. Land forest cover change detection using Landsat imagery in 2002, 2009 and 2014, resulted in the percentage of land cover. The impact of land cover change on the incidence of Pneumonia toddler calculated by multiple linear regression model. Proved that there is a relationship between changes in land cover with an incidence of Pneumonia toddler. Land class variables that significantly affect the incidence of Pneumonia is a private forest with a p-value = 0,047, and developed land with a p-value = 0,004, open land with a p-value = 0,054, while the population density variable has a p-value = 0,000.
