%A 1015041044 OKTA TRI HANDOKO %T PRARANCANGAN PABRIK SODIUM HIDROGEN KARBONAT DARI SODIUM KARBONAT, KARBON DIOKSIDA DAN AIR DENGAN KAPASITAS 30.000 TON/ TAHUN (PERANCANGAN CRYSTALLIZER (CR-301)) %X ABSTRACT MANUFACTURING OF SODIUM HYDROGEN CARBONATE FROM SODIUM CARBONATE, CARBON DIOXIDE AND WATER WITH CAPACITY 30.000 TONS/YEAR (Design of Crystallizer (CR-301)) By OKTA TRI HANDOKO Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate plant with materials, sodium carbonate, carbon dioxide, and water is planned to be built in Indramayu, West Java. Establishment of this plant is based on some consideration due to the raw material resourcess, the transportation, the labors availability and also the environmental condition. This plant is meant to produce 30.000 tons/year Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate with operation time 24 hour/day, 330 hour/year. Raw materials used consist of 2818,859 kg/hour of sodium carbonate, 1170,469 kg/hour of carbon dioxide, and 3550, 9941 kg/hour of water. The utility units consist of water supply system, steam supply system,utility units consist of carbon dioxide, instrument air supply system, power generation system, refrigerant supply system and waste treatment system. The bussines entity form is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) using line and staff organizational structure with 172 labors. From the economic analysis, it is obtained that: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 302.287.927.065,- Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 53.344.928.305,- Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 355.632.855.370,- Break Even Point (BEP) = 37,58% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 17,81% Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b = = = 2,04 year 2,42 year 33,22% Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 26,57% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 33,38% Considering the summary above, it is proper to study the establishment of Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate plant further, because the plant is profitable and has good prospects. %C UNIVERSITAS LAMPUNG %D 2016 %I FAKULTA TEKNIK %L eprints23262
