Penelitian ini dilakukan di Koperasi Amanah Kecamatan Langkapura Kota Bandar Lampung. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 68 orang, yaitu seluruh anggota Koperasi Amanah yang aktif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis service quality (servqual), dan importance performance analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: kinerja badan usaha Koperasi Amanah termasuk dalam kategori cukup berkualitas. Meskipun demikian, jika dilihat dari segi kontribusi koperasi ini terhadap pembangunan diantaranya ketaatan koperasi dalam pembayaran pajak, pertumbuhan penyerapan tenaga kerja, dan tingkat upah karyawan, koperasi ini telah dinilai belum baik. Bahkan, jika dilihat dari segi pembayaran pajak dan penyerapan kerja, koperasi ini telah digolongkan tidak baik, belum menyerap tenaga kerja, dan upah karyawan lebih kecil dibandingkan UMR yang berlaku. Tingkat kepuasan anggota terhadap kinerja pelayanan Koperasi Amanah dilihat dari dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy menunjukkan bahwa anggota belum puas akan pelayanan koperasi, terutama pada dimensi responsiveness yang memiliki gap tertinggi. Akan tetapi, dimensi assurance dinilai merupakan dimensi yang dianggap paling baik kinerjanya. Kata kunci: keberhasilan, kinerja, koperasi ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the business entities performance of Amanah Cooperative, contribution of Amanah Cooperative toward development, and the satisfaction level of members to service performance at Amanah Cooperative. This research was conducted at Amanah Cooperative in Langkapura Sub District of Bandar Lampung City. The number of respondents was 68 who were active members in Amanah Cooperative. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis, service quality (servqual), and importance performance analysis (IPA). The results showed that Amanah Cooperative business entities performance including the category of sufficient quality. However, if the terms of this cooperative contribution to the development of cooperatives in observance among tax payment, employment growth and wage levels of employees, the cooperative has not been well assessed. In fact, if the terms of payment of taxes and labor absorption, this cooperative has been classed not good, not employment, and wages of employees less than the minimum wage applicable. The satisfaction level of members to the service performance at Amanah Cooperative seen from tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy dimension showed that the members were not satisfied by the service provided, especially on the dimensions of responsiveness for it had the highest gap. However, the assurance dimension was considered as the most excellent performance.
