Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan sensus kambing yang diperah dan pengambilan data dengan kuisioner. Pengujian TPC, koliform, dan E.coli terhadap sampel susu dilakukan di Laboratorium Kesmavet Balai Veteriner Lampung pada Juni 2016. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 15 sampel susu kambing PE. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 26,67\% sampel susu memiliki nilai TPC melebihi standar SNI, 83,33\% sampel susu memiliki koliform yang melebihi batas SNI, dan 13,33 sampel mengandung bakteri E. coli. Standar yang digunakan adalah SNI No. 7388:2009 tentang Batas Maksimum Cemaran Mikroba pada Susu. Kata kunci: status mikrobiologi, susu, kambing PE ABSTRACT This research aimed to determine microbiologic status (Total Plate Count, coliform, E. coli) observation of the Ettawa Crossbred milk in Sungai Langka Village Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran Regency. This study used a survey method. Sampling by the census of the goat being milked and retrieval of data by questionnaire. The analized of Total Plate Count, coliform, E. coli in the Veterinary Public Health Laboratory Veteriner Office of Lampung on June 2016. This study used 15 samples from Ettawa Crossbred Goat in Sungai Langka Village Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran Regency. The result showed that 26,67\% of milk sample had total plate count (TPC) excess of standard SNI, 83,33\% of milk sample had coliform excess of standard SNI, and 13,33 of milk sample had E.coli.
