Senyawa PAH diekstraksi menggunakan metode Solid Phase Micro Extraction (SPME) dengan teknik headspace. Identifikasi dan penentuan kadar PAH dilakukan dengan instrumen Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometer (GC-MS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa senyawa PAH yang terdeteksi diantaranya fenantrena, antrasena, fluorantena, pyrena, benzo(a)antrasena, crysena, benzo(a)pyrena, benzo(e)pyrena dan perylena dengan konsentrasi yang tinggi. Kadar PAH total pada lokasi pengambilan sampel berada pada rentang 160,04 {\ensuremath{\mu}}g/L - 1595 {\ensuremath{\mu}}g/L dengan rata-rata 631,576 {\ensuremath{\mu}}g/L. Diagnosa rasio menunjukkan PAH berasal dari minyak, pembakaran minyak, pembakaran bahan organik serta campuran minyak dan pembakaran bahan organik. Kata kunci : Pelabuhan Panjang, Polisiklik Aromatik Hidrokarbon, Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometer, Solid Phase Micro Extraction. abstarct Polycyclic Aromatic Hidrocarbon (PAH) is the toxic and carcinogenic compound that has been identified in Panjang Harbour. PAH compound was extracted using Solid Phase Micro Extraction (SPME) method with headspace technique. Analysis was done by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrophotometer (GC-MS). The results of this research shows that the PAH compounds: phenantrene, anthracene, fluoranthene, pyrene, benzo(a)anthracene, chrysene, benzo(a)pyrene, benzo(e)pyrene and perylene were detected with high concentration. The range of total PAH content in the sampling locations are from 160.04 {\ensuremath{\mu}}g/L to 1595 {\ensuremath{\mu}}g/L with an average of 631.576 {\ensuremath{\mu}}g/L. Ratio diagnosed shows that PAH compounds is from petroleum, combustion of petroleum, combustion of organic material and the mixture of petroleum with the combustion of organic material.
