Tujuan Penelitian untuk memperbaiki proses dan hasil belajar PKn . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas VI. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) Hasil telaah RPP siklus 1 kurang, siklus 2 baik, dan siklus 3 amat baik, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran aktivitas guru siklus 1 cukup, siklus 2 baik, dan siklus 3 amat baik. Aktivitas peserta didik siklus 1 aktivitas membaca buku tinggi, berdiskusi dalam kelompok rendah, siklus 2 aktivitas membaca buku tinggi dan menjawab pertanyaan guru rendah, siklus 3 aktivitas membaca buku tinggi dan menjawab pertanyaan guru rendah, (3) peningkatan hasil belajar afektif siklus 1 sikap santun tinggi dan sikap disiplin rendah, siklus 2 sikap rasa ingin tahu tinggi dan sikap disiplin rendah, dan siklus 3 sikap rasa ingin tahu tinggi dan sikap disiplin rendah. (4) peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siklus 1 tuntas 24,14\%, siklus 2, dan siklus 3 tuntas 82,75\%, dan (5) instrumen evaluasi menggunakan tes tertulis menggunakan soal uraian, nilai validitas siklus I adalah 0,396, siklus 2 adalah 0,470, dan siklus 3 adalah 0,464. Nilai reliabilitas siklus 1adalah 0,682, siklus 2 adalah 0,688 , dan siklus 3 adalah 0,604. Kata Kunci : hasil belajar PKn , kelas VI SD, model discovery learning. abstract The problems of the research was the elementary teacher of sixth class at civics subject did not implement active learning model and the study result of civics did not achieve minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The research aimed to revise process and students? study result of civics subject. The method that used in research was classroom action research through three cycles. Subject of research were teacher and students of sixth class. Data collecting technique used observations? sheet and test. The data was analyzed through descriptive quantitative. The result of research can be concluded: (1) the result of lesson plan design at cycle 1 was enough, at cycle 2 was good and at cycle 3 was very good, (2) the implementation of learning teachers? activity at cycle 1 was enough, at cycle 2 was good and at cycle 3 was very good. Students? activity at cycle 1 was high in reading, low in discussion, at cycle 2 was high in reading activity and low in answering teachers? questions, (3) Improving of affective result study at cycle 1 was high in politeness and low in discipline, at cycle 2 was high in curiosity and low in discipline, at cycle 3 was high in curiosity and low in discipline. (4) the result of cognitive at cycle 1 was 24,14\%, at cycle 2 and at cycle 3 was 82,75\% and (5) evaluation instrument used written test through essays, the validity of cycle 1 was 0,396, at cycle 2 was 0,470 and at cycle 3 was 0,464.
