abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sumber-sumber pertumbuhan
ekonomi Lampung. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Produk Domestik
Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah PMA, PMDN,
dan tenaga kerja Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series
periode 1998-2013. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskripsi kuantitatif
dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cobb-Douglas dan analisa regresi berganda.
Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan metode Ordinary
Least Square (OLS). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan pembahasan, maka dapat
ditarik simpulan bahwa; sumber-sumber pertumbuhan ekonomi lampung
dipengaruhi oleh Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) dan tenaga kerja. Penanaman
Modal Asing (PMA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan teerhadap pertumbuhan
ekonomi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,03 dan mempunyai elastisitas terhadap
pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 0,04 (inelastis). Sedangkan tenaga kerja
mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi
dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 1,77 dan mempunyai elastisitas terhadap
pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 2,27 (elastis).

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to analyze the sources of economic growth in Lampung. The
dependent variable in this study is the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP)
and the independent variables used are FDI, domestic investment, and labor of
Lampung Province. This study uses time series data 1998-2013 period. Analysis
is conducted quantitative descriptive analysis using Cobb-Douglas approach and
multiple regression analysis. The analysis tool used is multiple regression with
Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). Based on calculations and discussion, the
conclusion that can be drawn; the sources of economic growth Lampung
influenced by Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and labor. Foreign Direct
Investment (FDI) positive and significant impact teerhadap economic growth with
coefficient of 0,03 and elasticity to the economic growth of 0,03 (inelastic). While
the labor force has a positive and significant impact on economic growth with
coefficient of 1,77 and elasticity to the economic growth of 1,77 (elastic).
