%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan nilai ICOR dan pengaruh ICOR dan teknologi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi di Pulau Jawa pada tahun 2009-2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan model data panel dengan jumlah cross-section sebanyak enam Provinsi di Pulau Jawa. Model data panel menggunakan model Fixed Effect Model. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi Provinsi di Pulau Jawa dipengaruhi secara negatif dan signifikan oleh variabel ICOR, serta dipengaruhi secara positif dan tidak signifikan oleh variabel teknologi. ANALYZE INCREMENTAL CAPITAL OUTPUT RATIO (ICOR) AND ECONOMIC GROWTH OF JAVA ISLAND    This research aims to know and analyze the development of the value of ICOR and influence of ICOR and technology to economic growth in java island in the year 2009-2013. This research uses panel data model with cross-section as 6 provinces in java island. Panel data model using the fixed effect model. The estimation results indicate that the economic growth of the provinces in Java Island influnced negatively and significantly by ICOR variable and influenced positively and not significant by the technology variable.
