        abstract = {Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang profil pedagang buah di Pasar
Buah Kotabumi dengan titik tekan : (1) umur pedagang, (2) tingkat
pendidikan (3) keterampilan kerja, (4) sumber modal, (5) jumlah jam kerja (6)
persediaan barang dagang, (7) omset penjualan pedagang buah di Pasar Buah
Kotabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode deskriptif.
Populasi berjumlah 20 orang dan seluruhnya merupakan responden.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik
wawancara, teknik dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah tabel
persentase sebagai dasar acuan untuk menentukan hasil penelitian. Hasil
tertinggi penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) Pedagang buah di Pasar Buah
Kotabumi termasuk dalam usia prima 25 ? 60 tahun, 18 pedagang buah. (2)
Sebagian pedagang buah di Pasar Buah Kotabumi berpendidikan, menengah
yang ditempuh sampai tamat SLTA/SMA, 17 pedagang buah. (3)
Keterampilan berdagang yang dimiliki oleh pedagang buah sebagian besar
diperoleh dengan cara mempelajari sendirinya, 15 pedagang buah. (4)
Pedagang buah di Pasar Buah Kotabumi lebih banyak mendapatkan modal
dari hasil pinjaman, 12 pedagang buah. (5) Semua pedagang buah memiliki
jumlah jam kerja tinggi 20 pedagang buah. (6) Semua pedagang buah di Pasar
Buah Kotabumi 20 pedagang buah, mengandalkan agen. (7) Omset penjualan
dari berdagang buah tergolong rendah, omset penjualan pedagang buah Rp. ?
1.450.000,- - Rp.1.800.000,- per hari sebanyak 16 pedagang buah (80\%).

ABSTRACT

This research was aims to review about fruits seller?s profile at kotabumi that
refers to : (1) age of seller, (2) level of education (3) job skills, (4) capital
resources, (5) the number of hours worked (6) the stock of goods, (7) the
profit of fruits seller at Kotabumi.The method that used on this research was
descriptive method. The population number was 20 people and all of them
becomes to respondents. Data collection was done by observation techniques,
interview technique, documentation technique. Data analysis that used was
table percentage as subject to decide research result. The highest result this
research refer to : (1) 18 fruits sellers at kotabumi including to prime age
between 25 ? 60 year old. (2) the fruits seller at kotabumi was highschool
graduate as much as 17 seller. (3) there are 15 sellers that have job skills that
was obtained from self thaught. (4) 12 sellers got loan capital. (5) all of sellers
have high working hours. (6) all of sellers get goods from supplier. (7) 16
sellers have profit from selling fruits was between Rp. ? 1.450.000 -
Rp.1.800.000 or (80\%).
