Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teori Pemikiran Kelompok digunakan sebagai teori analisis penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Kelompok Instameet Lampung menggunakan komunikasi kelompok kecil di dalam komunikasi kelompoknya. Komunikasi Kelompok yang terjadi didalam Komunitas Instameet Lampung sangat kohesif, ketika solidaritas didalam kelompok begitu kuat membuat anggota mengorbankan kepentingan individu yang memunculkan Groupthink dalam komunitas ini. Meningkatnya kemampuan fotografi anggota Komunitas Instameet Lampung terlihat dari intensitas partisipasi anggota dalam mengikuti event. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya penyimpangan yang disebabkan ke kohesifan komunitas ini, hal ini menyebabkan pendapat-pendapat yang mendominasi berasal dari anggota mayoritas padahal sebenarnya terdapat sejumlah anggota yang memiliki ide lain. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Kelompok, Komunitas, Teori Pemikiran Kelompok.    GROUP COMMUNICATIONS IN THE INSTAMEET COMUNITY IN IMPROVING THE ABILTY OF PHOTOGRAPY OF MEMBERS (Study on Instameet Community in Bandar Lampung)   Group communication processes that occur within the community effect on what they expect, as in Instameet Lampung Community that aims to advance the photographic capabilities of each of its members. This study aimed to describe the communication group in Instameet Lampung Community in enhancing the ability of its members in the field of photography. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Groupthink Theory is used as the theory of analytic research. The results of this study are Instameet Lampung Community using small group communication in the communication group. Communications Group which occur in Instameet Lampung very cohesive community, when solidarity within the group so strong to make members of sacrificing the interests of individuals who bring Groupthink in this community. Increased ability of community members Instameet Lampung photography seen of the intensity of the participation of members in following the event. The findings in this study is the aberration caused cohesivity to this community, this led to the opinions that dominate come from members of the majority when in fact there are a number of members who have other ideas.
