"BSTRAK\r\nPENGARUH PERGANTIAN CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER TERHADAP\r\nKINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN GOOD CORPORATE\r\nGOVERNANCE SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI\r\n(Studi Pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di BEI\r\ntahun 2013-2015)\r\nOLEH:\r\nRAMA NALDO SANJAYA\r\nTujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh pergantian\r\nchief executive officer dengan kinerja perusahaan. 2) Memperoleh bukti empiris\r\npengaruh corporate governance (kepemilikan manajerial dan proporsi dewan\r\nkomisaris independen) terhadap kinerja perusahaan. 3) Memperoleh bukti empiris\r\npengaruh pergantian Chief Executiv Officer terhadap kinerja perusahaan lebih kuat\r\npengaruh positifnya ketika dimoderasi oleh corporate governance (kepemilikan\r\nmanajerial dan proporsi dewan komisaris independen).\r\nPenelitian ini di lakukan terhadap perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang\r\nterdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2013,2014 dan 2015. Sample perusahaan diambil\r\ndengan cara melihat perusahaan yang melakukan pergantian chief executive\r\nofficer selama periode penelitian dan data kinerja perusahaan (ROA) diambil\r\nsetahun setelah terjadinya pergantian chief executive officer yaitu pada tahun\r\n2013,2014 dan 2015. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi\r\nuji statistik deskriptif, analisis linier berganda, dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian\r\npenelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis EVIEWS 8.\r\nHasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Pergantian chief executive officer tidak\r\nberpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan (ROA). 2) Proporsi kepemilikan saham\r\noleh manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan (ROA). 3)\r\nProporsi dewan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja\r\nperusahaan (ROA). 4) Hubungan pergantian chief executive officer terhadap\r\nkinerja perusahaan tidak berpengaruh meskipun dimoderasi oleh kepemilikan\r\nmanajerial yang tinggi. 5) Hubungan pergantian chief executive officer terhadap\r\nkinerja perusahaan lebih kuat pengaruh positifnya pada saat dimoderasi oleh\r\nproporsi komisaris indepeden.\r\nKata kunci: pergantian chief executive officer, kinerja perusahaan (ROA), good\r\ncorporate governance (kepemilikan saham manajerial dan proporsi komisaris\r\nindependen)\r\nABSTRACT\r\nTHE EFFECT OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER ON THE\r\nPERFORMANCE OF THE COMPANY WITH GOOD CORPORATE\r\nGOVERNANCE AS A MODERATING VARIABLE\r\n(Study on Property and Real Estate Company Listed on the Stock Exchange\r\nyears 2013-2015)\r\nBY:\r\nRAMA NALDO SANJAYA\r\nThe purpose of this study were: 1) Obtain empirical evidence influence the turn of\r\nchief executive officer with the company's performance. 2) Obtain empirical\r\nevidence of the influence of corporate governance (managerial ownership and the\r\nproportion of independent board) on the performance of the company. 3) Obtain\r\nempirical evidence replacement Chief Executiv Officer effect on firm\r\nperformance is stronger positive influence when moderated by corporate\r\ngovernance (managerial ownership and the proportion of independent board).\r\nThe research was conducted on the Property and Real Estate companies listed on\r\nthe Stock Exchange in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Sample companies are taken by\r\nlooking at a company that does the turn of the chief executive officer for a period\r\nof research and data firm performance (ROA) was taken a year after the change\r\nchief executive officer for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015.
