"Penelitian ini merupakan studi yang betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas\r\npelayanan unit teller yang terdiri dari kehandalan (reability), cepat tanggap (responsiveness),\r\nempati (empathy),jaminan (assurance), dan bukti fisik (tangible) secara parsial dan secara\r\nbersama-sama terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit kantor Cabang\r\nTeluk Betung.\r\nPopulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah tabungan dari perusahaan PT Bank\r\nRakyat Indonesia (Persero) Unit Kantor Cabang Teluk Betung, besarnya sampel yang dapat\r\nmewakili populasi untuk diteliti adalah sebanyak 130 responden. Metode analisis yang\r\ndigunakan adalah regresi berganda. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dengan\r\ninstrumen penelitian berupa kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penentuan sampel\r\nnonprobabilitas yaitu teknik purposive sampling.\r\nBerdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui secara parsial maupun\r\nsecara bersama-sama seluruh variabel bebas yang ada yaitu variabel kehandalan (reliability),\r\ncepat tanggap (responsiveness), empati (empathy),jaminan (assurance),\r\ndan bukti fisik(tangible) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank Rakyat Indonesia\r\nUnit Kantor Cabang Teluk Betung.\r\nKata Kunci : reability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, tangible,\r\nkepuasan\r\n\r\nThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality dimensions teller unit consisting of\r\nreliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance and tangible partially and simultaneous to\r\ncustomer satisfaction in Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch office Teluk Betung. The population\r\nin this study were all customers of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Branch Office Teluk\r\nBetung, the magnitude representative sample for the population studied were as many as 130\r\nrespondens. The analytical method used is multiple regression. The data used is primary data\r\nresearch instruments like questionnaire.
