abstract: Mengetahui populasi jumlah panen ikan lele ternak menjadi penting karena dengan diketahuinya hal tersebut dapat membantu peternak ikan dalam hal memperkirakan hasil panen.  Pada penelitian ini membahas jumlah populasi ikan lele ternak dengan menggunakan model Verhulst.  Perhitungan dilakukan dengan melakukan variasi interval pengambilan data dengan tujuan mencari aproksimasi yang terbaik yakni dilihat dari galat yang dihasilkan.  Galat tersebut diperoleh menggunakan perhitungan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE).  Interval yang memiliki galat terkecil dapat digunakan untuk melakukan perhitungan populasi ikan lele ternak.

ABSTRACT

To know the number of population of cattle catfish is important because this matter assists the breeder to predict the result of the fish.  In this research focuses on calculating the population of the cattle catfish by using Verhulst model.  The calculation is done by creating variety of data to know the best approximation by seeing the error value.  The error value is produced by calculating Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE).  The interval which has the smallest error value is used to calculate the population of cattle catfish.
