description: ABSTRAK      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja keuangan Pemerintah Daerah di Provinsi Lampung sebelum dan setelah pemekaran wilayah. Kinerja keuangan ini menjadi tolok ukur keberhasilan atas kebijakan pemekaran wilayah yang telah diambil oleh Pemerintah Daerah. Kinerja keuangan ini dibandingkan melalui rasio Belanja Operasi terhadap Total Belanja (BOTTB) dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap Total Pendapatan (PADTTP) yang terdapat pada Laporan Realisasi Anggaran (LRA) dari masing-masing kabupaten yang menjadi daerah induk dari Pemekaran Wilayah ini yaitu Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Kabupaten Lampung Utara dan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah.    Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji beda dengan Paired Sample t-test untuk menganalisis 3 sampel kabupaten di Provinsi Lampung selama periode pemekaran wilayah dari masing-masing kabupaten. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pada rasio Belanja Operasi terhadap Total Belanja terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kinerja keuangan kabupaten antara sebelum dan setelah pemekaran wilayah. Kemudian pada rasio Pendapatan Asli Daerah terhadap Total Pendapatan menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kinerja keuangan kabupaten antara sebelum dan setelah pemekaran wilayah.     Kata kunci:  Belanja Operasi, Total Belanja, PAD, Total Pendapatan, Kinerja Keuangan        ABSTRACT      This study aimed to compare the financial performance of Local Government in Lampung Province before and after the expansion area. Financial performance has become a measure of success over the division policy that has been taken by the Local Government. Financial performance is compared through the Ratio of Operations Expenditure to Total Expenditure and Regional Income to Total Income contained in the Budget Realization Report of each regency which become the main regency such as Lampung Selatan Regency, Lampung Utara Regency and Lampung Tengah Regency.    The research method used is Paired Sample t-test different test to analyze the three sample Regencies in Lampung Province during the period of expansion area of each regency. The test results showed that the Ratio of Operations Expenditure to Total Expenditure there are significant difference in financial performance between the regencies before and after the expansion area. Then in the Ratio of Regional Income to Total Revenue indicate that there is no significant difference in financial performance between the regencies before and after the expansion area.
