Kata kunci: Regresi Data Panel, Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, Random Effect Model        ABSTRACT    This study aims to determine the best model of the level of rainfall data in Sumatera using panel data regression. The results of analysis, starting from estimating the parameters model of panel data regression, selection of the best model, diagnostic checking on the best model of panel data regression, significance checking of the parameters, and interprete the best model of panel data regression, showed that the fixed effect model is the best model with the value of R^2=0.799444.
