Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket, observasi dan wawancara tidak terstruktur, dan di analisis dengan Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa program pembelajaran bahasa Arab di MAN I Kelas X Bandar Lampung belum memenuhi Standar Proses terutama terkait dengan perencanaan pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang dibuat tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik sehingga pelaksanaan pembelajaran tidak berjalan dengan baik, tidak sistematis, tidak menyenangkan dan tidak memberikan motivasi kepada peserta didik. Dalam Standar Isi belum mencapai indikator perencanaan pembelajaran bahasa Arab, dalam Standar Penilaian terjadi kekurangan dalam instrumen penilaian seperti subtansi, kontruksi dan komonikasi dasar bahasa Arab sehingga menimbulkan remedial bahasa Arab untuk mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal ( kata kunci : evaluasi, program pembelajaran, bahasa arab ABSTRACT This aim of this research was to describe and recommend the result of the research on the Arabic teaching and learning program at class X at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung that was relevant to the standard of process, standard of content and standard of assessment. The type of this research was evaluative research. This research used the qualitative approach. In collecting the data used, in this research using questionnaires, observation and interviews which did not structured and analyzed statistical analysis. This research found that Arabicteaching-and-learning program at class X at MAN 1 BandarLampunghad not fulfilled the Standard of Process was mainly related to the Arabic lesson planning were made notrelevant to needs of learners. So the teaching-and-learningprocess was not running well, not systematic, not pleasant and did not provide motivation to learners. In standard of content had not reached the indicators for Arabic lesson planning.
