%A 1115011004 AGUNG SATRIA KURNIAWAN %T EVALUASI PERKEMBANGAN JALAN LINTAS TIMUR PROVINSI LAMPUNG %X ABSTRAK Sistem transportasi Indonesia masih didominasi oleh transportasi darat membuat jalan memiliki peran yang penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Jalan Provinsi Lampung terdiri dari jalan nasional, jalan provinsi dan jalan kabupaten/kota. Jalan lintas timur telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2000 terdiri dua ruas jalan arteri primer yaitu ruas 001 dan 002 dan lima ruas jalan kolektor primer yaitu ruas 003, 004, 005, 006 dan 007. Untuk mengetahui perkembangan jalan lintas timur Provinsi Lampung ditinjau dari penampang jalan, nilai kondisi jalan, dan perubahan tata guna lahan serta sebagai informasi kepada pengambil kebijakan. Perkembangan kondisi jalan pra konstruksi hingga tahun 2015, kondisi menurun pada ruas 003 dan 004 dengan kondisi sedang 7 km dan 9.4 km. Ruas 005, 006, dan 007 meningkat pada tahun 2015. Kondisi baik masing-masing 51 km, 55 km, dan 32.9 km. Kondisi kemantapan ruas 003 senilai 100%, ruas 004 senilai 99.78%, ruas 005 senilai 100%, ruas 006 senilai 99.46%, dan ruas 007 senilai 100%. Perubahan tata guna lahan di sepanjang lintas timur dari tahun 2002 hingga 2015 menunjukan perubahan dengan klasifikasi masing-masing meliputi: permukiman tumbuh 203.70%, vegetasi tumbuh 108.20%, pertanian tumbuh 66.94%, dan perkebunan tumbuh 58.99%. ABSTRACT Indonesian transport system is still dominated by ground transportation, it makes the road has an important role in economic growth. Road in the province of lampung is consists of national roads, provincial roads, and district/city roads. Eastern highway has been operating since 2000, consists of two primary arterial road which are section 001 and 002 as well as five primary collector roads, they are sections 003, 004, 005, 006, and 007. To find out the development of eastern highway in lampung province in terms of a cross-roads, the value of roads condition , and transformation of land use along as information to policy maker The development of road condition pre-construction up to 2015, the declining condition of the section 003 and 004 with the condition were 7 km and 9,4 km. Section 005, 006, and 007 increased in 2015, dandy condition on each section are 51 km, 55 km, and 32,9 km. Condition of stability section 003 in the amounth of 100%, section 004 in the amounth of 99,78%, section 005 in the amounth of 100%, section 006 in the amounth of 99,46%, and section 007 in the amounth of 100%. Transformation of land use along the eastern highway from 2002 to 2015 showed a modification by each classification include: residence growth 203.70 %, vegetation growth 108.20 %, agriculture growth 66.94 %, and plantation growth 58.99 %.
