ABSTRAK


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji implementasi Pemendagri nomor 113 tentang Perencanaan Desa dan nomor 114 tentang Keuangan Desa. Variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini Perencanaan APBDesa, Pelaporan dan pertanggung jawaban APBDesa, Akuntabilitas, dan Pengawasan APBDesa terhadap Pemahaman Umum. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa dan Sekertaris Desa pada Kecamatan di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. 
Data primer  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari penyebaran kuisoner. Dari 140 kuisoner yang disebar kepada Kepala Desa Dan Sekertaris Desa pada masing-masing Kecamatan di kabupaten Lampung Tengah, sebanyak 100 kuisoner yang kembali dan dapat diolah. Model analisis ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi software SPSS 21.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perencanaan APBDesa, Pelaporan dan pertanggung jawaban APBDesa, Akuntabilitas, dan Pengawasan APBDesa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pemahaman Umum.
Kata kunci:	Perencanaan APBDesa, Pelaporan dan pertanggung jawaban APBDesa, Akuntabilitas, Pengawasan APBDesa, dan Pemahaman Umum.

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to test the readiness of implementation Pemendagri number 113 and number 114 Village Planning of Rural Finance. The variables tested in this study APBDesa Planning, Reporting and accountability APBDesa, Accountability and Oversight APBDesa the General Understanding. The population in this study is the village chief and the village secretary to the District in Central Lampung.
The primary data used in this study were obtained from questionnaire. Of the 140 questionnaires that were distributed to the village chief and the village secretary in each District in Central Lampung district, as many as 100 questionnaires were returned and processed. Models using multiple linear regression analysis with applications software SPSS 21.
The results of this study indicate that the variables APBDesa Planning, Reporting and accountability APBDesa, Accountability and Oversight APBDesa positive and significant impact on the Public Understanding.
