description: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan dalam mengenal  ukuran pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh bermain pembangunan terhadap kemampuan mengenal ukuran.  Penelitian dilaksanakan di PAUD Sekar Melati pada tanggal 10 sampai 13  Oktober 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian  assosiatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang anak usia 5-6 tahun. Teknik  pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Teknik  pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi. Teknik analisis data  menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana  menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 70,1 % pengaruh bermain pembangunan dengan  kemampuan mengenal ukuran.  Kata kunci: anak usia dini, bermain, mengenal ukuran,          ABSTRACT    The problem of the research was the low of children’s ability aged 5-6 years in  knowing size. The research aimed to determine the effect of constructive play  toward the ability in knowing size. This research conducted at october 10th until  13th 2016. The method used was a type of assosiative research. The sample of this  research consisted of 20 children aged 5-6 years. The technique of sample  collection used total sampling. Technique of data collection used observation  technique. The data analysis technique using simple regresion linear test. The  result of the simple regresion linear test showed that there is 70,1 % effect of  constructive play toward the ability in knowing size.  Key words: early childhood, knowing size, playing
