Oleh karena itu, perusahaan sebaiknya memberikan  informasi yang baik kepada investor lewat laporan keuangan perusahaan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh hutang dan profitabilitas terhadap  harga saham pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar pada Bursa  Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2015.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan memperoleh  12 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini.  Total pengamatan sejumlah 60 data. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan  menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel hutang (DER)  berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham dan variabel profitabilitas  (ROA) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan  variabel hutang dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap harga saham  Kata Kunci : Hutang, Profitabilitas dan Harga Saham.    ABSTRACT    One of the aspects that the investor in making an investment decision is  preceded by the analysis of the financial performance ratios financial ratios in the  financial statements. Therefore, the company should provide good information to  investors through the company's financial statements. This study aimed to  examine the effect of the debt and the profitability of the stock price at food and  beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015 period.  This study using purposive sampling method and acquired 12 companies  that meet criteria for sampling in this study. 60 Total number of data  observations. The test is performed using multiple linear regression analysis.  The results showed that in partial debt (DER) significant negative effect  on the stock price and profitability variable (ROA) significant positive effect on  stock prices.
