abstract: Federal International Finance Group (FIFGROUP) merupakan perusahaan
pembiayaan untuk pengadaan kebutuhan konsumen dengan sistem pembayaran
angsuran secara berkala (kredit). Pemberian kredit mengandung resiko yang tinggi
dan berpengaruh terhadap laju perkembangan perusahaan apabila terjadi
kemacetan pada kredit konsumen. Menentuan konsumen yang layak diberikan
kredit bukanlah hal yang mudah. Perusahaan membutuhkan Sistem Pendukung
Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu decision maker dalam mengetahui
rekomendasi kelayakan konsumen diberikan kredit. Metode perhitungan
pengambilan keputusan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Simple
Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan 5 kriteria yaitu Character, Capacity,
Collateral, Condition dan Capital. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa
pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) berbasis web. Hasil pengujian
sistem menggunakan Black Box yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan 100 data
konsumen menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat berfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan
pengguna. Berdasarkan uji keakuratan hasil keputusan, sistem dinyatakan 100%
telah sesuai dengan kriteria pemilihan konsumen yang berhak mendapatkan kredit
pada FIFGROUP Cabang Bandarlampung.

abstract

Federal International Finance Group (FIFGROUP) is a finance company for the
procurement needs of consumers with periodic installment payment system
(credit). Giving credit contains high risks and affects the pace of development of
the company if there is congestion on consumer credit. To determine that the
consumers are feasible to be given the credit is not easy. Company needs Decision
Support System (DSS) that can help the decision maker to know about the
recommendation if the consumer is feasible to give credit. The decision-making
calculation method is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) with five criteria:
Character, Capacity, Collateral, Conditions, and Capital. The system is a web
based application that is built with PHP language. The test results using the Black
Box which is done by using the data of 100 consumers shows that the system can
function according to user requirements. Based on the accuracy of the test results,
the system 100% compliance with selection criteria those consumers are entitled
to a credit on FIFGROUP Branch of Bandarlampung.
