abstract: ABSTRAK

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tayangan Dunia Binatang di
Trans 7 terhadap tingkat pengetahuan satwa pada anak-anak kelas 3, 4 dan 5 di SDN 2
Pringsewu Timur. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Source Message Chanel receiver
(SMCR) dengan metode penelitian survey. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa besarnya
pengaruh tayangan Dunia Binatang di Trans 7 terhadap pengetahuan satwa pada anak-anak
sebesar 63 % sedangkan 37% adalah variabel di luar penelitian. Dengan koefisien regresi (b)
sebesar 0,306 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tayangan Dunia Binatang di
Trans 7 terhadap pengetahuan satwa pada anak- anak dengan pembuktian thitung > t tabel (2,826
> 1,657) pada tingkat signifikasi 5% atau 0,05.
Kata Kunci: Dunia Binatang, Source Message Chanel Receiver (SMCR)

ABSTRACT

The perpuse of this study was to determine the effect of the animal world in Trans 7 show on
the level of know ledge of animal of children classes 3, 4 dan 5 in elementary scool 2
Pringsewu Timur. Theory used is source massage chanel receiver (SMCR) with survey
research. Methods research show that the in fluerce. World in Trans 7 show on the know
ledge of animals in children by 63% while 37% are the variableas outside the research the
regression coefficient (b) by 0,306 it can be conclded that the impression of the animal world
in Trans 7 on the knowledge of animal in children with evidence tcount > t table (2,826 > 1,657)
the level of significance 5% or 0,05.
