%A 1523012006 MIFTAHULHAQ %T IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN PERAWATAN DAN PERBAIKAN PERALATAN BENGKEL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN JURUSAN TEKNIK PEMESINAN SMK NEGERI 3 METRO %X ABSTRAK Fokus penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Manajemen Perawatan dan Perbaikan Peralatan Bengkel Jurusan Teknik Pemesinan SMK Negeri 3 Metro, dengan sub fokus: (1) Perencanaan perawatan, (2) Pengorganisasian perawatan, (3) Pelaksanaan perawatan, (4) Evaluasi Perawatan, (5) Perencanaan perbaikan, (6) Pengorganisasian perbaikan, (7) Pelaksanaan perbaikan, (8) Evaluasi perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kualitatif, maka penelitian ini bersumber pada pengamatan dilapangan (field research) dan wawancara. Studi yang mendalam dilakukan terhadap implementasi manajemen perawatan dan perbaikan peralatan bengkel jurusan teknik pemesinan, data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara interaktif kemudian diberikan interpretasi untuk selanjutnya diambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapat: (1) Perencanaan perawatan disusun oleh Ketua program keahlian dan di sosialisasikan kepada guru mata pelajaran, toolman dan siswa, (2) Pengorganisasian perawatan sesuai dengan struktur yang ada pada saat mesin mengalami kerusakan, (3) Pelaksanaan perawatan tanggung jawab ketua program keahlian dibantu oleh guru mata pelajaran, toolman dan siswa pada saat mesin/peralatan mengalami kerusakan berat ketua program keahliam berkoordinasi dengan waka sarana dan prasaran dengan minta bantuan pada pihak luar, (4) Evaluasi peratan bisa dilihat dikartu kontrol, akhir semester dan tes mesin. Mengenai masalah perbaikan mesin hampir sama dengan perawatan yang membuat beda adalah pada saat mesin mengalami kerusakan berat harus melihat dari RKAS sekolah karena membutuhkan dana yang cukup besar dan memerlukan bantuan dari pihak luar. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, perawatan perbaikan, pembelajaran ABSTRACT The focus of the research is implementation of management of maintenance and repair of workshop equipment in Mechanical Engineering Department of SMK Negeri 3 Metro with sub-foci: (1) planning of maintenance, (2) organizing maintenance, (3) maintenance implementation, (4) evaluation of maintenance, (5) planning of repair, (6) repair organizing, (7) implementation of repair, (8) evaluation of repair. This research used qualitative design, hence the research data were obtained from field research and interview. In-depth study was conducted on the management implementation of maintenance and repair of garage equipment in mechanical engineering, then the data were analyzed interactively and interpreted to take the conclusion. Result of the research show that: (1) planning of maitenance was prepared by Head of Skills program and socialized to subject teachers, tool man and students, (2) organizing maintenance was in accordance with the existing structure at the time of machine damage, 3) implementation of maintenance was the responsibility of the head program of expertise assisted by subject teachers, tool man and students when the machine / equipment was in serious damage, the head of expertise program coordinated with the vice principal responsible for the facilities and infrastructure by asking for help from outside, (4) evaluation of equipment can be seen in control card, end of semester and test machine. Regarding to the problem of machine repair was almost the same as the treatment that made the difference when the machine was severely damaged must seen from RKAS of the school because it required substantial funds and help from outsiders.
