%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dewan komisaris, komite audit,  ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas terhadap fee audit eksternal pada perusahaan  perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 10  perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2015 yang  ditentukan melalui purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis  regresi berganda model panel data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa komite audit  dan ukuran perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fee audit eksternal,  sedangkan dewan komisaris dan profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan  terhadap fee audit eksternal. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa dewan komisaris, komite  audit, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap fee audit eksternal.  Kata kunci: Dewan Komisaris, Fee Audit Eksternal, Komite Audit, Profitabilitas,  Ukuran Perusahaan.        abstract    This reasearch aimed to analyze the board of directors, audit committee's, the size of the  company and profitability against the external audit fees at Banking companies listed in  Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study sample consisted of 10 of banking companies listed  in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 to 2015 were determined throught a purposive  sampling. This research used multiple linear regression analysis model of panel data.  Results of the research showed that the size of the company's and audit committee  partially significant effect on external audit fees, while board of directors and  profitability partially not significant effect on external audit fees. F test results showed  that the board of directors, the audit committee's, the size of the company and  profitability simultaneously significant effect on external audit fees.
