title: PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN PENILAIAN TEMATIK BERBASIS HIGHER ORDER THINKING SKILLS UNTUK PESERTA DIDIK KELAS III SEKOLAH DASAR creator: Nur Aisyah, 1523053002 subject: L Education (General) = Pendidikan description: ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kelayakan instrumen penilaian tematik berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills, (2) mendeskripsikan terpenuhinya karakteristik Higher Order Thinking Skills pada instrumen penilaian tematik, (3) mengukur keefektifan instrumen penilaian tematik berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development menurut Borg and Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik nontes dan tes. Alat pengumpulan data berupa angket dan soal tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) instrumen penilaian yang layak digunakan, baik layak secara teoritis maupun empiris. Layak secara teoritis yaitu telah memenuhi aspek konstruksi, bahasa, dan materi. Layak secara empiris yaitu melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan distraktor; (2) instrumen penilaian telah memenuhi karakteristik Higher Order Thinking Skills; dan (3) instrumen penilaian Nur Aisyah efektif digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi hasil belajar karena instrumen penilaian dapat membedakan siswa yang berkemampuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Perbedaan rerata ketiga kelompok tersebut dinyatakan nilai Fhitung = 228,661 > Ftabel = 3,115366 dengan Sig = 0.000 (<0,05), yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima atau rata-rata nilai untuk ketiga kelompok itu adalah berbeda. ABSTRACT This study aims: (1) to describe the feasibility of thematic assessment instruments based on Higher Order Thinking Skills, (2) to describe the characteristics of Higher Order Thinking Skills on thematic assessment instruments, (3) to measure the effectiveness of thematic assessment instruments based on Higher Order Thinking Skills. The type of this research is Research and Development by Borg and Gall. The technique used to compile the data are tests and non-tests techniques. The tools to compile the data are questionnaire and test items. Qualitative and quantitative analysis technique were used to analyze data. The results are: (1) assessment instrument is theoretically and empirically eligible to use. Theoretically means that it fullfilled the construction, linguistic, and material aspects. Empirically means that it has been through validity, reliability, difficulty levels, distinguish, and distractor examinations; (2) assessment instrument has fullfilled Higher Order Thinking Skills characteristics; and (3) assessment Nur Aisyah instrument is effective as a study evaluation tool because this instrument can distinguish students of low, middle, and high study capabilities. Where Fcount = 238 417> Ftable = 3.115366 with Sig = 0.000 (<0.05), which means that H0 rejected and H1 accepted or an average value for the three groups was different.
