This study was conducted to determine whether there is a difference between
companies that have ISO 14001 certification and do not have ISO 14001
certification in terms of stocks return and return on investment. In this study ISO
14001 was measured using dummy variables.
Sampling technique is done by purposive sampling method on companies listed in
Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2014. Data analysis technique is done by
Man whitney test analysis using SPSS 21 program.
The result of this research is a company that have ISO 14001 certification has no
significant difference to companies that do not have ISO 14001 certification either
in return on investment or in stock return.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan antara
perusahaan yang memiliki sertifikasi ISO 14001 dan tidak memiliki sertifikasi
ISO 14001 dalam hal return saham dan return on investment. Dalam penelitian ini
ISO 14001 diukur dengan menggunakan variabel dummy.
Teknik sampling dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling pada seluruh
Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2014. Teknik
analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis uji beda Man whitney dengan
menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS 21.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang bersertifikasi ISO 14001 tidak
memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap perusahaan yang tidak memiliki
sertifikasi ISO 14001 baik dalam return on investment nya maupun dalam return
sahamnya
