?url_ver=Z39.88-2004&rft_val_fmt=info%3Aofi%2Ffmt%3Akev%3Amtx%3Adc&rft.title=ANALISIS+DAN+TEKNIK+INTERPRETASI+PERBANDINGAN+DISSOLVED+GAS+ANALYSIS+(DGA)+ANTARA+MINYAK+MINERAL+DAN+MINYAK+ESTER+MENGGUNAKAN+METODE+KROMATOGRAFI+GAS&rft.creator=Citra+Cahya+Nurani%2C+1315031023&rft.subject=Teknik+Elektro.+Rekayasa+elektronik+Nuklir&rft.description=Minyak+isolasi+transformator+tenaga+berfungsi+sebagai+isolasi+dan+pendingin.+Minyak+mineral+merupakan+minyak+yang+paling+banyak+digunakan+pada+transformator+tenaga.+Minyak+mineral+memiliki+sifat+elektrik+dan+sifat+mekanik+yang+baik+digunakan+pada+transformator+tenaga.+Minyak+mineral+ini+berasal+dari+bahan+tambang+dimana+bahan+ini+merupakan+bahan+yang+tidak+dapat+diperbaharui.+Upaya+alternative+yang+dilakukan+untuk+mengganti+minyak+mineral+menjadi+minyak+ester+dari+biji+jarak+pagar+dibahas+pada+penelitian+ini.+Penelitian+ini+mencakup+studi+perbandingan+DGA+(Dissolved+Gas+Analysis)+minyak+mineral+dengan+minyak+metil+%E2%80%93+ester+(Jatropha+Curcas+Metil+Ester+Oil+%2FJMEO).+DGA+(Dissolved+Gas+Analysis)+merupakan+suatu+pendekatan+yang+dapat+diterapkan+pada+semua+jenis+minyak+(isolasi+cair).+Penelitian+ini+menggunakan+dua+keadaan+sampel+yaitu+sampel+minyak+dalam+kondisi+baru+dan+sampel+yang+sudah+diberi+gangguan+thermal+pada+suhu+1200C+selama+64+jam.+Sampel+Minyak+yang+baru+dan+sudah+diberi+perlakuan+pemanasan+diuji+dengan+menggunakan+metode+kromatografi+gas.+Metode+ini+memisahan+gas+yang+terlarut+dalam+minyak+isolasi.+Kromatografi+gas+yang+digunakan+saat+pengujian+adalah+metode+stripping+yang+mengacu+pada+standar+%E2%80%9CASTM+D3612+metode+B%E2%80%9D.+Pengujian+sampel+dengan+metode+kromatografi+gas+akan+menunjukkan+kandungan+gas+hidrokarbon+dalam+satuan+ppm+(part+per+million).+Hasil+pengujian+kemudian+dianalisis+dengan+menggunakan+enam+metode+yaitu%3A+Key+Gas+Method+(KGM)%2C+Doernenburg+Ratio+Method+(DRM)%2C+Rogers+Ratio+Method+(RRM)%2C+IEC+Ratio+Method+(IRM)%2C+Total+Combustible+Gas+(TDCG)+IEEE+C57+%E2%80%93+104+tahun+2008+dan+Duval+Triangle+Method+(DTM).+Hasil+analisis+DGA+menunjukkan+kedua+sampel+minyak+mineral+dan+JMEO+yang+baru+tidak+mengandung+gas+hidrokarbon+(0+ppm).+Kandungan+gas+CH4+yang+muncul+pada+minyak+JMEO+yang+sudah+dipanasi+adalah+1406%2C013+ppm.+Hal+ini+mengindikasikan+terjadinya+ganguan+thermal+(kurang+dari+3000C)+pada+sample+JMEO+yang+dipanasi.+Kandungan+gas+ini+jauh+lebih+besar+dibandingkan+dengan+minyak+mineral+yang+sudah+dipanasi%2C+yakni+36%2C408+ppm.+Hal+ini+menunjukkan+minyak+JMEO+belum+sebaik+minyak+mineral%2C+sehingga+proses+pengolahan+lebih+lanjut+masih+diperlukan.%0D%0AKata+kunci+%3A+Dissolved+Gas+Analysis+(DGA)%2C+Minyak+mineral%2C+Jatropha+Curcas+Methyl+Ester+Oil+(JMEO)%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0Aabstract%0D%0A%0D%0AThe+transformer+oil+have+functioned+as+insulation+and+coolant.+Recently%2C+mineral+oil+(MO)+type+is+the+most+common+oil+insulation+used+in+transformer.+Mineral+oil+has+good+electric+and+mechanical+characteristic+as+transformer+oil+insulation.+However%2C+mineral+oil+as+mining+product+has+limited+resources+thus+it+is+not+sustainable.+A+substitution+for+the+mineral+oil+discussed+in+this+thesis%2C+is+Jatropha+Curcas+Oil+Methyl+Ester+%2F+JMEO.+The+studies+conducted+in+this+thesis+is+a+comparative+study+of+DGA+(Dissolved+Gas+Analysis)+mineral+oil+and+alternative+to+the+mineral+oil+derived+from+the+seed+of+Jatropha+oil+in+the+form+of+methyl+%E2%80%93+ester+(Jatropha+Curcas+Oil+Methyl+Ester+%2F+JMEO).+DGA+(Dissolved+Gas+Analysis)+is+an+analysis+tool+that+can+be+applied+to+all+types+of+oil+(liquid+insulation)+by+analyzing+the+contents+of+the+dissolved+gases+in+the+transformer+oil.+The+DGA+analysis+was+done+for+both+mineral+and+ester+oil.+Both+samples+have+two+conditions%2C+i.e.+untreated+(new+oil)+and+heated+at+temperature+of+1200C+for+64+hours.+Both+of+samples+are+analyzed+using+gas+chromatograph+method.+This+method+separate+the+dissolved+gas+from+the+transformer+oil.+The+applied+gas+chromatography+test+in+the+analysis+refers+to+the+%E2%80%9CASTM+D3612+method+B%E2%80%9D+standard.+The+experiment+results+then+analyze+using+6+types+method%2C+such%3A+Key+Gas+Method+(KGM)%2C+Doernenburg+Ratio+Method+(DRM)%2C+Rogers+Ratio+Method+(RRM)%2C+IEC+Ratio+Method+(IRM)%2C+Total+Combustible+Gas+(TDCG)+IEEE+C57+%E2%80%93+104+in+2008+and+Duval+Triangle+Method+(DTM).+The+DGA+analysis+show+both+new+MO+and+new+JMEO+have+no+hydrocarbons+content+(0+ppm).+The+CH4+contents+of+the+heated+JMEO+is+CH+1406%2C013+ppm.+It+indicates+thermal+faults+(less+than+3000C)+occurs+for+the+heated+JMEO.+The+gas+content+is+also+much+higher+compare+to+the+heated+MO+i.e.+36%2C408+ppm.+This+result+shows+the+JMEO+used+in+the+experiments+is+still+not+as+good+as+the+MO%2C+thus+further+processing+is+needed.%0D%0AKeywords+%3A+Dissolved+Gas+Analysis+(DGA)%2C+Mineral+Oil%2C+Jatropha+Curcas+Methyl+Ester+Oil+(JMEO)&rft.publisher=UNIVERSITAS+LAMPUNG&rft.date=2017-05-18&rft.type=Skripsi&rft.type=NonPeerReviewed&rft.format=text&rft.identifier=http%3A%2F%2Fdigilib.unila.ac.id%2F27051%2F1%2FABSTRA
