ABSTRAK


Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis produktivitas, kelayakan finansial dan sensitivitas mesin pemanen tebu (cane harvester).  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus pada PT Lajuperdana Indah Site Komering, Sumatera Selatan. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2016. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif untuk analisis kelayakan finansial dan sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas mesin pemanen tebu sebesar 0,31 hektar per jam kerja atau tiga jam kerja untuk menyelesaikan satu hektar lahan. Penggunaan mesin pemanen tebu (cane harvester) pada PT Lajuperdana Indah Site Komering secara finansial layak untuk dilaksanakan.  Penggunaan mesin pemanen sensitif terhadap perubahan penurunan produksi sebesar 19 persen dan kenaikan biaya sebesar 17,58 persen, tetapi nilai payback period mesin pemanen tebu tidak sensitif.

ABSTRACT

This research aimed to analyse the productivity, the financially of feasibility and sensitivity of cane harvester machine. This research using the  case study at PT Lajuperdana Indah Site Komering, South Sumatera. Data retrieval was conducted in December 2016.  Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative. The  result of research suggest that big productivity of cane harvester machine 0,31 hectare per hour work or three hours of work to finish one hectare of land.  The use of the cane harvester machine on PT Lajuperdana Indah Site Komering financially is worthed to implement.  The used of the cane harvester machine is sensitively  the production decrease  by 19 percent  and increase the production cost in the 17,58 percent, however  the value of payback period the cane harvester is not quite sensitive.
