Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan oleh Borg & Gall. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas V di 6 (enam) sekolah sebanyak 166 orang. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 55 orang di dua kelas. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan lembar angket untuk kelayakan, dan soal pilihan ganda dan uraian untuk mengukur efektivitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS berbasis model problem based learning layak digunakan, dan efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci:LKS, problem based learning, hasil belajar. ABSTRACT The aim of this research and development were to produce a worksheet based problem based learning model which suitable on tematik learning for fifth class elementary school, and to knew the efective worksheet based problem based learning model. The method of this research used research and development by Borg & Gall. The population were student fifth grade from 6 (six) school with 166 students. The sample determined with purposive sample as many as 55 student from two class. The collecting data used questionnaire for suitable worksheet and multiple choice and description for measured effectivenes worksheet. The data were analyzed by using uji-t formula. The research saw that worksheet based problem based learning model were suitable for used and effective for enhancement learning outcome of student.
