%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kesediaan membayar
(willingness to pay) responden terhadap sewa Rusunawa Keteguhan.
Selain itu untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik responden, fasilitas
dasar hidup dan tingkat kepuasan responden terhadap kesediaan membayar
(willingness to pay). Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari
penyebaran kuisioner dan diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel aplikasi
SPSS.
Dengan menggunakan teknik CVM maka diperoleh dugaan nilai WTP
responden terhadap sewa Rusunawa sebesar Rp 110.000 per bulan, nilai
tersebut lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan nilai yang telah ditetapkan oleh
pihak UPT Rusunawa yaitu Rp 150.000 per bulan. Berdasarkan nilai Pearson
Correlation pada uji crosstab maka variabel jenis kelamin, usia
pekerjaan,pendapatan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan lemah terhadap
kesediaan membayar. Sedangkan fasilitas dasar hidup dan tingkat kepuasan
memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan kuat terhadap kesediaan membayar.
Kata Kunci : rusunawa, wtp, korelasi.


ABSTRACT


This study aims to determine the value of willingness to pay (respondent to pay)
respondents to rent Rusunawa Keteguhan.In addition to analyze the relationship of
respondent characteristics, basic living facilities and the level of satisfaction of
respondents to willingness to pay . This study uses data obtained from questionnaire
distribution and processed using Microsoft Excel SPSS application.
By using CVM technique, it can be seen that the respondent's expectation on the rent
of RusunawaTecnical Implementation is Rp 110,000 per month, the value is lower
than the value determined by the Rusunawa UPT which is Rp 150,000 per month.
Based on the value of Pearson Correlation on the crosstab test then the variable of
sex, age of employment, income has a significant and weak relationship to the
willingness to pay. While basic living facilities and satisfaction levels have a
significant and strong relationship to the willingness to pay.
