Quantitative research methodology with descriptive approach. In this study case study focused on the influence of compensation and Leadership Style on the Performance of civil servants in the Office of Education and Culture of Lampung Province. This study focuses on leadership styles of democratic, liberal and authoritarian leadership styles. Of the three styles of leadership, the style of democratic leadership turned out to give a significant influence on the performance of civil servants environment Department of Education and Culture of Lampung Province. In addition to leadership style, this study also examines the compensation problem given by the institution in this case the Department of Education and Culture of Lampung Province, both routine and incidental compensation. The number of respondents was 100 people, Echelon III: 2 respondents from 9 people, Echelon IV: 8 respondents from 35 people and staff 89 respondents from 356 people.
