Perubahan nitrat anorganik dapat mempengaruhi protein total intaseluler dan pertumbuhan Nannochloropsis sp. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan korelasi perubahan nitrat anorganik terhadap protein total intaseluler dan pertumbuhan Nannochloropsis sp. pada konsentrasi nitrat anorganik. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 hingga 21 Januari 2014 bertempat di Laboratorium Budidaya Perikanan, Jurusan Budidaya Perairan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Penelitian terdiri dari dua perlakuan yaitu perlakuan A (NO3- 100\%) dan perlakuan B (NO3- 50\%) dengan masing ? masing tiga ulangan. Parameter utama yang diamati adalah kepadatan sel dan kandungan protein total intraseluler (dianalisis uji t ? test). Peningkatan rasio P/Nt sebesar 10,24\% sedangkan peningkatan rasio P/ NO3- sebesar 42, 647 \%. Hasil uji t ? test menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan dan defisiensi nitrat anorganik berpengaruh terhadap kepadatan sel Nannochloropsis sp. akhir kultur tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kandungan protein total intraseluler Nannochloropsis sp. Kata kunci: Nitrat anorganik, protein total intraseluler, fase lag, dan Nannochloropsis sp. Abstract Bahasa Inggris Nannochloropsis sp. is a natural feed with a high intraceluller crude protein content. Inorganic nitrate fluctuation influenced the intraceluller crude protein and Nannochlropsis sp. growth. The aim research was know correlation of inorganic nitrate changing to the the intraceluller crude protein and lag phase of growth Nannochlropsis sp. on different inorganic nitrate consentration. The research done on January 13 ? 21, 2014 at Laboratory of Aquculture, Aquaculture Department, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The research consists of two treatment and was done in triplicate. Those were treatment A (NO3- 100\%) and treatment B (NO3- 50\%). The main parameters analyzed cell density and intracelluller crude protein by analyzes t ? test. The increasing of of P/ Nt ratio was 10,424\%; while increasing of P/ NO3- ratio was 42,647\%. T test showed that the increasing and deficiency in inorganic nitrate effected cell density but has not effected on intraceluller crude protein content Nannochloropsis sp.
