ABSTRACT    The aim of this research is to understand the factors for employment opportunities in food industry in gedong tataan district, pesawaran regency. This research uses data primer. The instrument analysis is the quantitative analysis and linear regression multiple. The result of this research shows the use of production factor for employment opportunities and raw materials are efficient enough.    Key words: Business development, raw materials , the use of production factor for     employment opportunitie.
