        abstract = {Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat konsentrasi dan mengetahui hubungan perilaku perusahaan dengan kinerja usaha jasa pengiriman barang di kota Bandar Lampung. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei yaitu metode penelitian yang mengambil populasi sebagai sampel. Menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat bantu untuk mengambil data primer yang pokok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan pertama, perilaku perusahaan dan kinerjaa usaha sudah cukup efisien. Kedua,menggunakan kolerasi antara perilaku perusahaan dan kinerja usaha sudah efisien.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of concentration and know the relationship of corporate behavior with the performance of goods delivery service business in the city of Bandar Lampung. Research methodology used is survey method that is research method which take population as sample. Using questionnaires as a tool for retrieving primary primary data. The results of this study show first, corporate behavior and business performance is quite efficient. Second, using the correlation between corporate behavior and business performance is efficient.
