%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah intellectual capital dengan proksi human capital, innovation capital, process capital, dan relational capital. Sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah ATO dan ROE.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015. Sampel yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut, maka sebanyak 115 perusahaan terpilih sebagai sampel. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda.  	Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel human capital terhadap kinerja perusahaan; (2) innovation capital tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan; (3) process capital tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan; dan (4) relational capital berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. ABSTRACT        The aim of the study is to examine to the influence of intellectual capital to company’s performance on company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange year 2015. Independent variabel used in the study is intellectual capital with the proxy are human capital, innovation capital, process capital, and relational capital. While dependent variabel are ATO and ROE.  The population of this study are companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange year 2015. Sample obtained by using purposive sampling method. Base on existing criteria, there are 115 companies that became the study samples. The analytical method used was multiple regression.  The result show that : (1) human capital positively and significant influence to company’s performance; (2) innovation capital is not influence to company’s performance; (3) process capital is not influence to company’s performance; and (4) relational capital influence to company’s performance.
