The safe effort of \r\ndisease prevention is by using probiotics.\r\nBacillus\r\nsp. D2.2 which has antibacterial and biocontrol acvities can be used as \r\nprobiotics. Application of probiotics with \r\nBacillus\r\nsp. D2.2 combined with white \r\nsweet potato prebotics containing oligosaccharides c\r\nould\r\nhave a beneficial effect \r\non the host \r\nby stimulating microbial growth and selectively stimulating the \r\ngrowth of certain bacteria in the d\r\nigestive tract. \r\nThe aim of this research \r\nwas\r\nto \r\nknow the resilience of vaname shrimp \r\nthat has been \r\ngiven probiotic 6% \r\nwith\r\n0% \r\n(control) to infection bacterial of \r\nV. alginolyticus in vivo\r\nthen histology test to \r\nobserve\r\nmuscular damage caused by infection. The results showed that the use of \r\nprobiotics \r\nBacillus\r\nsp. Upaya penanggulangan penyakit yang aman yaitu \r\ndengan probiotik. \r\nBacillus\r\nsp. D2.2 yang memiliki akvitas antibakteri dan \r\nbiokontrol dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai probiotik.
