D2.2 is a probiotic that can be used in an effort to improve the cellular \r\nimmune system of vaname shrimp. \r\nBacillus\r\nsp. D2.2 in sinbiotics added to \r\ncommercial \r\nfeed with FR 3% is an alternative combination of bacterial treatment \r\nin vaname shrimp. Application of the addition of \r\nBacillus\r\nsp. D2.2 in sinbiotics on \r\ncommercial feed is aimed to determine the effect of probiotics given to cellular \r\nimmune response of van\r\name shrimp. Shrimp vaname used 12 gram size as much \r\nas 10 each tail tub. The test tubes used were 4 fruits for treatment A (0% \r\nprobiotics), B (2% probiotics), C (4% probiotics), and D (6% probiotics) added \r\n3% white sweet potato flour extract and binder Egg\r\ns 2%). The study was \r\nconducted for 12 days of maintenance period with total test parameters of \r\nhemocyte count, phagocytosis activity, phagocytosis index. \r\nBacillus\r\nsp. D2.2 the \r\napplied has an effect on the increase in total hemocyte count and phagocytosis \r\na\r\nctivity, as well as the phagocytosis index. The best percentage of probiotics in \r\nimproving cellular immune response of vanilla shrimp is \r\nBacillus\r\nsp. Udang vaname yang digunakan berukuran 12 gram \r\nsebanyak 10 ekor tiap bak. Bak uji yang digunakan berjumlah 4 buah untuk \r\nperlakuan A (0% probiotik), B (2% probiotik), C (4% prob\r\niotik), dan D (6% \r\nprobiotik) yang ditambahkan ekstrak tepung ubi jalar putih 3% dan binder (putih \r\ntelur 2%). Penelitian dilakukan selama 12 hari masa pemeliharaan dengan \r\nparameter uji total \r\nhemocyte count\r\n, aktivitas fagositosis, indeks fagositosis. \r\nBacillu\r\ns \r\nsp. D2.2 yang diaplikasikan memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan \r\ntotal \r\nhemocyte count d\r\nan aktivitas fagositosis, serta indeks fagositosis. Persentase \r\nprobiotik terbaik dalam meningkatkan respon imun seluler udang vaname yakni \r\nBacillus \r\nsp.
