N2  - The recognition of BPK's opinion on the city government's financial report shows the success of the implementation of the regional management information system (SIMDA). This research empirically tested the success of SIMDA financial implementation in metro city using information system success measurement method introduced by DeLone and McLean. The DeLone and McLean models measure the system's successes from system quality variables, information quality, service quality, usage, and user satisfaction linked to the net benefits received by individuals or organizations. Data were obtained from 63 users spread over 33 SKPD in Metro City government. The results showed that the quality of the system, the quality of information, user satisfaction had a significant positive effect on the net benefits received by individuals and organizations. Quality of service and usage has no effect on the net benefits received.

Pengakuan opini BPK terhadap laporan keuangan pemerintah kota Metro menunjukkan kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi manajemen daerah (SIMDA) keuangan. Penelitian ini menguji secara empiris atas kesuksesan implementasi SIMDA keuangan di kota metro menggunakan metode information system success measurement yang dikenalkan oleh DeLone dan McLean. Model DeLone dan McLean mengukur keberhasila sistem dari variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, dan kepuasan pengguna yang dihubungkan dengan manfaat bersih yang diterima oleh individu atau organisasi. Data diperoleh dari 63 pengguna yang tersebar pada 33 SKPD di pemerintah Kota Metro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap manfaat bersih yang diterima individu dan organisasi. Kualitas layanan dan penggunaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap manfaat bersih yang diterima.
