N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh luas lahan, benih,
pestisida, dan tenaga kerja terhadap produksi padi sawah di Desa Rejo Asri
Kecamatan Seputih Raman Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Tujuan lain untuk
mengetahui apakah alokasi faktor produksi luas lahan, benih, pestisida, dan tenaga
kerja sudah optimal dan sudah efisien secara harga di Desa Rejo Asri Kecamatan
Seputih Raman Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan
yaitu secara acak (simple random sampling) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93
petani padi sawah. Hubungan antar variabel diuji dengan menggunakan analisis
deskriptif dan uji analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan E-Views 9. Hasil
penelitian diperoleh: Faktor produksi luas lahan, benih, pestisida, dan tenaga kerja
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi padi sawah, Penggunaan
faktor produksi luas lahan, benih, dan pestisida belum efisien secara harga,
sedangkan tenaga kerja tidak efisien secara harga, dan npenggunaan faktor
produksi luas lahan, benih, pestisida belum optimal.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of land area, seeds, pesticides, and
labor on rice production in Rejo Asri Village, Seputih Raman Sub-district,
Central Lampung Regency. Another objective is to know whether the allocation of
land, seed, pesticide and labor inputs is optimal and cost efficient in Rejo Asri
Village, Seputih Raman Sub-district, Central Lampung District. The sampling
technique used is random (simple random sampling) with the number of samples
of 93 rice field farmers. The relationship between variables was tested by using
descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using E-Views 9. The
results obtained: The production factors of land area, seeds, pesticides, and labor
have positive and significant effect on rice production, , seeds, and pesticides are
not yet efficient in price, while labor is inefficient in price, and the use of
production factors of land area, seeds, pesticides is not yet optimal.
