This study aims to describe (1) the effect of teacher?s innovation with teaching method toward teachers performance of teacher competence; (2) the effect of intrinsic motivation with teaching method toward teachers performance of teacher competence; (3) the effect of teacher?s innovation in teaching methods and intrinsic motivation toward teachers performance of teacher competence. This research uses descriptive method and is classified into an explanatory research. The subjects in this study are teachers of SDN 1, SDN 2, SDN 3 Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung. The data collection techniques used wasquestionnaires or questionnaires. The instruments were tried out using validity and reliability test. Data were analyzed using Significance Simultaneous Test (Test Statistic F) and Test Regresi. The results showed that (1) there a positive and significant Teaching Method Innovation (IMP) to the toward Teachers Performance (KG) of SDN (1, 2, dan 3) Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung, H1 accepted or in other words that there is an effect between Teaching Method Innovation (IMP) variable toward Teachers Performance (KG) variable. (2) there is a positive and significant effect on the Teacher?s Intrinsic Motivation (MIG) variable toward Teachers Performance (KG) variable. Particularly, there is an effect between Teacher?s Intrinsic Motivation (MIG) variable toward Teachers Performance (KG). (3) there is a positive effect between Innovation of Teaching Method (IMP) and Teacher?s Intrinsic Motivation (MIG) toward Teachers Performance (KG), particularly there is an effect between Teaching Method Innovation (IMP) and Teacher?s Intrinsic Motivation (MIG) toward Teachers Performance (KG). Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS, salah satu penyebabnya karena ketidaktepatan model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran dan masih rendahnya motivasi intrinsik guru dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) pengaruh inovasi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru dalam kompetensi guru; (2) pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja guru dalam kompetensi guru; (3) pengaruh inovasi guru dengan metode pembelajaran dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja guru dalam kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan tergolong ke dalam jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Subyek dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas guru-guru di tiga sekolah dasar, yaitu SDN 1, SDN 2, SDN 3 Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Uji coba instumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Signifikansi Simultan (Uji Statistik F) dan Uji Regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Inovasi Metode Pembelajaran (IMP) terhadap Kinerja Guru (KG) SDN (1, 2, dan 3) Labuhan Ratu Bandar Lampung, maka menerima H1 atau dengan kata lain bahwa ada pengaruh antara variabel Inovasi Metode Pembelajaran (IMP) terhadap Kinerja Guru (KG); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Intrinsik Guru (MIG) terhadap Kinerja Guru (KG), dengan kata lain bahwa ada pengaruh antara variabel Motivasi Intrinsik Guru (MIG) terhadap Kinerja Guru (KG); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Inovasi Metode Pembelajaran (IMP) dan Motivasi Intrinsik Guru (MIG) terhadap Kinerja Guru (KG), dengan kata lain bahwa ada pengaruh antara variabel Inovasi Metode Pembelajaran (IMP) dan Motivasi Intrinsik Guru (MIG) terhadap Kinerja Guru (KG).
