Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil serta berwenang mengelola bagian keuangan disetiap SKPD Kabupaten Lampung Timur baik yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) maupun pegawai yang berstatus Pegawai Tenaga Harian Lepas (PTHL) / Honorer. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, dengan uji t sebagai uji hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan uraian pada pembahasan, maka penulis menarik beberapa kesimpulan bahwa secara bersama-sama penerapan prinsip good governance yaitu transparency, accountability, responsibility, dan fairness berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan secara masing-masing dengan menggunakan uji t hanya variable transparency, dan accountability yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, variable bebas lainnya yaitu responsibility, dan fairness terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Lampung Timur. ABSTRACT This study aims to provide evidence empirically influence the application of good governance principles that are transparency, accountability, responsibility, and fairness to employee performance. The sample in this study is all employees who have the status of civil servants and authorized to manage the financial section in every regional work unit of East Lampung. The method of analysis used is multiple regression, with t test as test of research hypothesis. Based on the description of the discussion, the authors draw some conclusions that together the application of the principles of good governance that is transparency, accountability, responsibility, and fairness influence on employee performance. While using t test only transparency variable, and accountability affecting employee performance, other independent variable that is responsibility, and fairness proved not to have an effect on to employee performance at Regency Lampung Timur.
