%T PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2011-2015
%X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur kepemilikan terhadap profitabilitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2011-2015. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria pengambilan sampel yang telah ditetapkan diperoleh jumlah sampel 29 perusahaan perbankan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan data panel yang menggunakan alat uji statistik Eviews 8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dan kepemilikan manajerial secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka hipotesis 1 dan hipotesis 2 yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh positif tidak terdukung. Kata Kunci: Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Profitabilitas

EFFECT OF OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE ON PROFITABILITY IN BANKING COMPANIES LISTED IN BEI 2011-2015 This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure on profitability. The population of this study is a banking company listed on the Stock Exchange 2011-2015. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Based on the sampling criteria that have been determined, the sample of 29 banking companies is obtained. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression with panel data approach using Eviews 8 statistical test. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership is partially significant negative effect on profitability and managerial ownership partially no effect on profitability. Based on the results of the research, hypothesis 1 and hypothesis 2 which states there are positive effects are not supported.
