description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penduduk Desa Kedaton II melakukan mobilitas non-permanen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk Desa Kedaton II yang melakukan mobilitas non-permanen, berjumlah 44 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 32 pertanyaan campuran dan wawancara tersetruktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tabel persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1)Proses mobilitas non-permanen penduduk Desa Kedaton II dilakukan oleh 44 migran dengan jenis ulak-alik sebanyak 40 orang dan mondok 4 orang. 2)Karakteristik Pelaku mobilitas non-permanen merupakan penduduk laki-laki Desa Kedaton II usia produktif. Rata-rata usia migran 35-49 dengan berbagai tingkatan pendidikan. Namun kelompok lulusan SD menjadi lulusan yang paling banyak melakukan mobilitas non-permanen. Sebagian besar migran sudah menikah. 3) Kesempatan kerja di daerah asal yang terbatas merupakan faktor pendorong migran melakukan mobilitas non-permanen untuk mencari sumber pendapatan lain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari.4) Tingkat pendapatan yang rendah di daerah asal merupakan faktor pendorong migran melakukan mobilitas non-permanen. 5) Tersedianya Kesempatan kerja yang beragam serta upah yang tinggi di daerah tujuan merupakan faktor penarik migran Desa Kedaton II melakukan mobilitas non-permanen.  Kata Kunci:	Faktor Pendorong, Faktor Penarik, Mobilitas Non-permanen,           abstract    This study aims to determine the factors that affect the people of Kedaton II village perform non-permanent mobility. The method of this research was  descriptive. The subjects in this study were Kedaton II villagers who performed non-permanent about 44 people. Data collecting technique used in this research was questionnaires with 32 questions and structured interviews. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive with percentage tables. The results of this study showed that: 1) the process of non-permanent mobility in Kedaton II villagers is done by 44 migrants consist of; shuttle mobility 40 people and stay mobility 4 people. 2)The characteristics of productive performers were the productive male villager in Kedaton II. The average age of migrants is 35-49 with different levels of education.. Nevertheless, most of the non-permanent mobility performers ended their education at primary level. Most of them were married already. 3) Job opportunities are limited in the area of origin which is a driving factor migrant non-permanent mobility to seek other sources of income to meet the needs of everyday life. 4) Low income levels in the region of origin is the driving factor migrant non-permanent mobility. 5) The availability of diverse employment opportunities and high wages in destination areas is a factor of migration of Kedaton II villages to non-permanent mobility.
