Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi BPJS Kesehatan  KLOK Pesisir Barat dalam mendorong pastisipasi masyarakat untuk  menggunakan BPJS Kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang dianalisis menggunakan strategi implementasi,  dukungan, integrasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Strategi yang dilakukan BPJS  kesehatan KLOK Pesisir Barat mengikuti peta jalan dari DJSN (Dewan Jaminan  Sosial Nasional) yang dilakukan dengan teknis WIG (Wildly Importan Goal)  serta membuat timeline kegiatan POA ( Plan Of Action).  Kata Kunci : Strategi komunikasi, BPJS kesehatan, Kesehatan masyarakat.    abstract    BPJS Kesehatan is the Indonesian Social Security Administering Body which  focuses on health sector, because of the lack of public knowledge about BPJS  Health and National Health Insurance program and Health Card Indonesia (JKN  and KIS) so that communication strategy is needed to help West Coast Regency  people know the function and the usefulness of BPJS in supporting public health  and helping to overcome low life expectancy. This study aims to determine the  communication strategy BPJS Health KLOK Coastal West in encouraging  community participation to use BPJS Health. The method used in this research is  qualitative descriptive that is analyzed using strategy of implementation, support,  integration. The result of this research is the strategy of BPJS health of KLOK  West Coast following the road map of the DJSN (National Social Security  Council) conducted with technical WIG (Wildly Important Goal) and create  timeline of POA activities (Plan Of Action).
