"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh realisasi belanja daerah terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia PDRB dengan atas dasar harga konstan sebagai variabel kontrol. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan data sekunder. Sampel penelitian adalah 212 Kabupaten/Kota untuk tahun 2011-2013. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis dengan metode regresi linear berganda.\r\nHasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa realisasi belanja daerah menurut fungsi pendidikan, realisasi belanja daerah menurut fungsi kesehatan, realisasi belanja daerah menurut fungsi ekonomi atas dasar harga konstan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia.\r\nKata kunci: Belanja daerah, indeks pembangunan manusia.\r\nTHE AFECT OF GOVERNMENT EXPENDITURE TO INDONESIA\r\nLOCAL GOVERNMENT HHUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX\r\n\r\nThis research aims to analyze the affect of government expenditure to Indonesia local government human development index with PDRB as control variable.
